Back in 2015, I spoke to some of the people involved in early [[Omen]] history(eg [[Wishmaster]]) , and they denied the claim [[Mav]] 'owns' Omen. Until I see evidence to the contrary, I will continue reverting that false claim. [[User:Mz|Mz]] ([[User talk:Mz|talk]]) 08:26, 12 January 2017 (GMT)

Incorrect, I pulled the team together, i named the alliance, if unsure no claim should be made - if wishmaster wishes to discuss please ask him to speak to me. This is for planetia, whatever happened post planetia is not related to me. [[User:Mav|Mav]]

That's not how this works. When you made your change the first time, back in 2015, I thought it was incorrect, but I wasn't sure, so I asked Wishmaster:

That matched my recollections of Planetia history, so I reverted your edit. I have nothing against Omen or you, so I have no dog in this fight. I'm only interested in the juith, and unfortunately for you, I have a citation, while you do not.

So here's the deal. One: what you do on your [[Mav|own]] page is your business. Claim you're god emperor of the universe for all I care. Two: I am willing to include your claim (secondary to SilverBullet's) on Omen's page. If you can come up with 2 people backing your claim (IRC logs will suffice), we can switch those places. Since it's your claim, it falls to you to provide the evidence to support it. Failing that, I will ask you (for the last time) to stop vandalizing the wiki. Thanks. Update 4/6/19 by Soviet - Having read the above after a little reminiscing of times long since gone I was a little amused as this is the type of thing which would have annoyed the hell outta Maverick :laughing emoji: however to back up his claim I was recruited by him to work within Omen Intel and at the time he was acting as the CEO and founder of Omen in Planetia. I hope this helps.

One of the 'old school' Planetarion, StarSphere and Planetia players - Mav worked within intelligence for most of the game from NoS through to Eclipse - however in the lead up to R10 Mav was given the role of CEO position from [[Kjeldoran]] of [[FAnG]]. Once promoted to CEO; a new 'buddy' recruitment system was introduced where each member could bring in a close friend within PA. This enhanced the ranks and was shortly followed by a 2 member vouch system - this allowed FAnG to create the community and control the quality which endured after quitting PA following the FAnG incident. Mav would later go on to create [[Omen]] following stints in StarSphere and Planetia during the time which Planetarion was no more.
