			The Xandathrii are an advanced insect race. The Xandathrii have lots of small, cheap ships which are equipped with cloaking technology that operates while they are in transit. As such, many scans do not work against them. They fire quickly with high damage, but to compensate for this their armour is the worst of all races.

			==History==
			Xandathrii was one of the four original races of Planetarion, introduced in round 6.

			==Ships==
			Xandathrii ships are cloaked, which makes them invisible on Unit Scans and Incoming Scans (though the size of the fleet is revealed), though they cannot be hidden from Advance Unit Scans. Pods, however, are not cloaked.

			Xandathrii has the weakest defence of all races, but they are compensated for this weakness by low initiative, hard hitting guns. It is generally very hard to defend against their ships if you do not have [[EMP]] ships available, but once you penetrate their fleet, it goes up in smoke very easily.

Lately the universe has adapted to the Xandathrii threat, and the race has been having major problems with its warfare. The Xandrathrii fleet is now no match for the [[Zikonian]] rogue or the [[Cathaar]] Scorpion, so it has to rely on targetting [[~~Terran]] planets with less than adequat anti fighter systems.~~
