Value indicates the net worth of investments a planet owns. Value represents the part of score that can be lost. The formula for a planet's value is as follows:

Value = (Fleet-Cost / 100) + (Resources / 150) + (Constructions * 1500) + (Roids * 200)

Where Fleet-cost is the combined resources necessary to purchase all of the ships a planet owns.

Value may also refer to only one of these. For example:

Planet X has lots of value in resources. 

Or referring to value in a fleet sent to attack or defend:

Planet Y sent more value than Planet Z.
