Pilkara is a Planetarion Tools website created by Elysium coders such as Kaos, XtoTheZ and TheRat. It has been acknowledged to be the best PA tools website since Sandman originally took his own tools site, the infamous Sandmans down. Website found at http://www.pilkara.com
Both Sandmans and Pilkara offer many useful tools such as ship statistic sheets, scan parsers and target searching facilities to aid the Planetarion Player
