The Cutlass is a Zikonian frigate-class ship, and it steals Fighters. Logically, you would want to combine this with the other Zik FR (Thief,Clipper,Privateer) and add stolen FR when appropriate.
To use this ship against a Terran target (and steal Harpys), put Clippers in the fleet. The Clippers will hopefully blow up enough Wyverns to minimize or eliminate damage to the Cutlasses.
