Was quite strange alliance in R3 (result of low requirements to join and poor HC mid round). Had LOTS of "members", more then half were spies, I believe. At most had 800+ "members". Consisted of 8 wings. Although it didn't had any considerable power, it was good starting place for a lot of PA players.
In the beginning of round 3 SL had some weight but their organizational skill soon went down the tubes and they spread thin with only a small number of members working together full time.
