Round 2: The Struggle for Power
Was created as a reruitment wing for Legion though with a full command.
Round 3: The New Dawn
Due the continious draining of Legion people decided to make CpV an independent alliance with Akujin, Avie] and Dead-meat as their HC's.
Round 4: The Tides of War
Xanadu started draining via CpV-Elite the members. Zaphod set up this channel to create an elite force which he spread from Immortal and Xanadu. The end of this round CpV seized to excist.
