To register a channel you need to have registered with channel services. Once that's done log in to the NetGamers website. Within the Channel Services menu (about half way down on the right) is the option to register a channel.
In order to register a channel you'll need two supporters, both of whom look unique (ie you can't just register 2 extra nicks and use them).
