Rounding

In Planetarion most numbers are rounded down. This is probably most important when examining the bonuses granted by engineering. It is important to be aware of the relevant formulae when considering the consequences of of rounding down. For example, in research the actual research time is rounded down rather than the bonus granted by race and engineering. Generally it's safe to assume that rounding is done in the last possible instance before the result is given to the player.
