Totalitarianism governments allow planets to build constructions at an enviable rate, as well as benefiting from a discount on ship costs and a better than average alert rate. However, the research rate is surpassed by most other governments
Research is 10% slower. Construction is 25% faster. Production cost is 8% lower. Production time is 10% slower. Alert is 10% higher.
