Ascendancy was started by Rob and jesterina in late round 15 with the aims of breaking as many conventions about how alliances should be run as possible. Ascendancy won round 16. None of them are decent people - preferring to insult everyone they can. Ascendancy players are parasites on the game and are in a perpetual stage of circle-jerking each other off, but hey, some of them are allegedly decent people despite evidence to the contrary.
