End of Round Ceremony

The End of Round Ceremony, or EORC, takes place after each round of PA in order to congratulate the winners and inform players as regarding any available information concerning the next round of the game. The current format involves the top 3 planets, the members of the #1 galaxy and a number of representatives from the #1 alliance.
