Ministry started in round 3 as a cooperation between hazard (who was 16:5) and timpayne. Along with a few people from AIM they formed several galaxies for round 4, of which 115:11 was the most notorious one, with Tesla, weap, SLavin, Calaz, Theamion and others.
Ministry later folded to be reformed as an Xanadu wing in round 6 with the ashes of the previous Ministry and a small alliance formed from parallel 11 (resistance against x11x) in round 4, and an old small alliance called Karma. Ministry was one of the more potent wings in Xanadu and XeTa, alongside LDK.
Ministry later again reformed in a rival game Planetia, and dominated there before returning back to Planetarion, still under the guidance of Tesla.
