Along with a few people from AIM they formed several galaxies for round 4, of which 115:11 was the most notorious one, with Tesla, weap, SLavin, Calaz, Theamion and others.
After the stagnation of round 5 Tesla started to call together old ministry members, putting them together with r4´s parallel alliance x11x and STRETT´s alliance, Karma.
