Why are INS ships in the news lately for such indnecits. First it was a boat ramming into Aircraft Carrier Virat at Cochin port, then INS Sindhyagiri (now decommissioned because the damaged caused by the incident at Bombay harbor),followed by collision of 2 kilo class submarines (INS Sindhuratna & INS Sindhukesari at Bombay harbor, now INS Tarkash in russia. What the fish is going on with the man behind the wheel?
