Rounding

In Planetarion most numbers are rounded unfavourably. It is important to be aware of the relevant formulae when considering the consequences of of rounding. For example, in research the actual research time is rounded up. Generally it's safe to assume that rounding is done in the last possible instance before the result is given to the player.
