Shuffle

Random moving of planets around the universe. 'Shuffles' have varied in nature between rounds but have been a feature of the game since the early rounds. Most rounds have private Galaxies or Buddy packs which contain planets that will stay together during the shuffle; however there is always the option to play as a randomly placed, solo planet. Buddy Packs and random planets are moved around the universe, either before the ticks begin, or during the initial 72 tickProtection period.

Round 13, for example, had its shuffle in tick 36. Planets organised into buddypacks were moved at random into new galaxies, with each buddypack sharing a galaxy with one other; the remaining galaxy places were filled with random, solo planets.
