There will be a rollback to a tick before the issues occured (22:30 db backup is likely), and ticks will resume 24 hours after the time of the db backup so that peoples timezone based activity is not affected.

The initial purge missed the active planets... time to wipe the slate clean, eh? As expected the initial purge was a mishap:

(Kal) the ticker deleter was aciddentally incorreclty configured and fre accoutns that had not been logged in for 24hours before the first tick were deleted
