This is the original Manual the mentor team (which i was head of) have been working on, it was first published on WebAngel site then later on taken to the planetarion site and somehow been forgotten there. I want to move all the content to PAwiki and change and add more information to this manual, hopefully this time, the manual wont be restricted to get written only by the mentor team, but by the community itself. Making the community able to share its experience with the newer member.
