The European Legion, aka. EL, was formed in round 3 by TaZ and ICEPOC.
Round 4 EL was huge, a powerful, yet not "Legion/Fury" alliance. Round 5 Saw EL go underground under the alias "Phoenix". After this EL settled down to a communal gather, rather than a planetarion power-horse.
Round 14 sees the change of this prophecy, as EL once more gather their forces.
