Fifth Season AS is the company that created Planetarion back in 2000. (Even though they started making it before and beta testing started in 1999).

3 people (Fudge, Spinner, Vish) started the company with selected investors and the company was registered 06.12.1999. They started out in the basment of Spinner and later on got an office in central Oslo. Later on they where joined by 2 new creators Zeus and Oreo.

Fifth Season AS was later on forced to sell Planetarion to Jolt, due to a bancrupt advertising company that owned the company several 100.000,- NOK.

Fifth Season AS today is still creating games for the internet community. Their latest creation Managerleaguethat is an online football manger game. As of July 2007 it has more then 20.000 individuals playing in both international leagues and national leagues with new features added all the time.
