Introduction ::

Since the late 2002 a small collective of highly motivated players have formed together under the name Kralizec to provide agressive competitiveness to the online-gaming community that is Planetarion, Planetia, VSNwars, Starsphere and Eve-online, originally formed from alliance leaderships (MOs/Officers/HCs) from the leading alliances in planetarion during the R6-R7 time period, this group was original intended to be a battlegroup but grew into a full blown community with the addition of several influential players from the era.

In time it became apparent that not everyone wished to play the same games and splinter alliances were formed with Kralizec leadership installed for various other games such as Planetia and SS, groups such as "OMG", "Omen", "SAS", "Moonlight" aka "Obsidian Order" and "Kralizec Industries" were formed.

It would take far too long to list all of our achievements and success's over the years.. but perhaps out greatest success is that we have managed to stay united together and have proven ourselves against the passing of time to be a collective of brothers.

Old VSN-Wars Recruitment Policy

The Command ::

Executive :: Adam ' Anakin ' Harris.
- Something of a dictatorship indeed, however one voice solves the complication of many opposing visions eliminating the need for burocracy.

Battle Commander :: Morden.
Battle Commander :: Adastra.
Battle Commander :: SantaCruz.
Battle Commander :: Alki.

- 5 battle commanders is realistically all that is required and is the only other command personal required for the day to day running of the alliance, attacks should be the main focus of any alliance, as such its battle commanders must be of the finest calibre, active and able to act both offensively and defensively on demand, these personal are to be trusted with a large amount of sensitive material (mostly regarding coordinates and political movements) as such they must be trusted on a personal level by the commander in chief and should be replaced the second they can no longer live upto such responsibilities, battle commanders are perhaps the most important element of any alliance and as such should also serve as advisors to the executive.

The Membership ::
- It has always been my belief that small units of people work together better as they are allowed to bond together more and learn to work together more effectively, it is also important to not over stretch yourself especially in the first round of an alliance's founding, a group of around 30 members and no more than a further 7 command staff is more than adequate to impact any round, that’s 3 galaxys hit per night atleast a realistic target for the battle command to achieve.
- Recruitment via interview with the executive only. Anyone may apply to the alliance if they feel they are right for our community and hold atleast 1 members vouch ( further vouches will ofc be held in consideration ), however they only get one shot at the interview and the decision of the executive is final.
- All members subject to a strict alliance policy available on request during the recruitment interview, failure to comply with the policy will result in removal of membership on the spot.
- Members are not permitted to confirm or deny their membership to Stealth & Shadows to outsiders under any circumstances in-game, on irc or otherwise without executive approval not matter how obvious your membership maybe. Their are solid reasons behind this none of witch i feel the need to explain in this document.

Recruitment ::

Anyone can become a top 10 player, not everyone can be trusted. This is the founding statement of our recruitment policy loosely translated as the;

  • 3 Vouch from a current member of our community is required for you to gain an interview ( held by the executive ).

Unlike other alliance's who use the term ' vouch ' loosely we do not, any member who vouches for someone is in effect putting their membership on the line, as such should the potential recruit be accepted into our community and go onto cause a violation of alliance policy all punishments will enforced on both the recruit and their voucher, this is to ensure 'lose vouching' doesn’t happen.

In extreme case's were a recruit is forced to leave the community due to violations the voucher may also find themselves asked to leave.

  • Successful interview with the executive (who's decision is 100% final and unbiased by personal preference, all decisions based on

the potential benefit to the community as a whole).

  • Potential members must also be an asset to the group and as such must be in a galaxy deemed ' secure ' by the executive and have

galaxy mates deemed ' secure ' also, in addition the planet in question should meet minimum size/score requirements (available on request from the executive).

  • If all of the above are in check their is a 2 week trial period were potential recruits are monitored for attack participation,

success and defence participation but most importantly you will be required to integrate into our community, frankly if your face doesn’t fit or you find it difficult to get on with the majority you wont last long with us and you wont want too, were not hard to get along with and at the end of the day were all looking for fun and maybe a few friendships.

Trust is the most important thing, you get one shot with us... potential recruit or possible ally, frauds and traitors will be persuade relentlessly each and every round they continue to game were we reside.

Alliance Policy ::

Activity ::
All members are expected to hold a high level of daily activity both ingame and on irc, this is a core requirement of your membership and you all know exactly why so i wont bore you with the details. Inactivty will result in swift removal from the alliance without the right of appeal.

Attack Participation ::
As a member of stealth & shadows you will be expected to attack daily without question, the only excuse for not doing so will be pre-notification of your lack of participation, or having all worthwhile attacking ships out on defence or counters for alliance members. Failing to meet this requirement makes your membership pointless as such you will be removed without the right of appeal.



Defence Participation ::
All members are expected to build a fleet dedicated to maximum defensive abilities and are to have this fleet on standby 24-7. We do keep a record of who defends and who does not, if you fall bellow our minimum average you shall be booted, no questions. We are not here to carry people, were here to work together as a unit and be successful as a unit, if one of us is down were all down.

Arbiter Violations ::
Any member found to be defending against our own members no matter what the situation is shall be subject to retaliation attacks. Deppeding on the suveraty of the case the retaliation will differ, subject to the final decision of the battle commander in question.

An example of retaliation limits;
Member defends against another and lands, resulting in loses of less than 25% of the attackers fleet OR less than %50 of potential cap (subject to battle calc) shall result in 3 ticks of arbiter retaliation by the attack on the defender(s) in question.
The maximum penalty for a violation is a 9 tick wave attack, or removal from the alliance for severe cases. Failure to comply to retaliation attacks shall result in removal from the alliance and constant roiding until the planet in question is no longer worth our while. If you wish to avoid retaliation attacks simply do not defend against members, end of story.

Galaxy Policy ::
Members are expected to have the attitude that Alliance > * , this means you put us first before your galaxy, if your galaxy is a target you must accept that this is just the way it is, we are playing a random round, and galaxy score means nothing, it is player/alliance score that matters, and you will be expected to give gal status updates to the battle commanders in charge of the attack in question.
Failure to do so could result in removal from the alliance.

Attitude ::
As a member of our group you will be expected to live upto a high level of maturity in public, you represent our alliance in EVERYTHING you do, cheating will not be tolerated within our alliance, public forum spamming or ego posting (even if it is in support of our alliance) shall not be accepted off anyone.
We want the community to accept us, not think were spammy arrogant cunts who should be hunted down and raped. We are aiming for professional feel to our alliance and will not accept anything less than full compliance with our alliance policies.
