Round Summary

The round began with the victors of the previous round, Ascendancy initially taking a backseat with relatively small numbers in tag, as NewDawn and VGN fought a strong-looking Denial. Denial, also hurt in a collective attack by most other alliances on one night in response to a number of the players, including HCs being closed, an event Denial issued an official statement over on Alliance Discussions, lost ground and dropped off the top spots. Initially ND looked strong but Conspiracy Theory and later on Denial and Asc rose past them to take over the top 3 rankings. Targeting shifted from alliance to alliance in the final stages of the round, and in an extremely close contest Denial took the #1 rank just over CT with Asc in third. This marked Denial's first round win.
