The Support Team are a group of individuals who have made themselves known to the Support Manager(myk). From here they go through various tasks to see if they cut the grade to be a Support Team member. These are detailed below:

1) The person on trial must have a good knowledge of the game and demostrate this with various tests throughout their trial.

2) The person on trial must be active a lot. If you are not active, you are idling and idling is forbidden in the #support channel.

3) The person on trial should demostrate a good manner with all players who enter the channel regardless of what is being said in their direction.

4) The person on trial must integrate well with the current members of the support team.

After a period of time, usually 2 weeks, the person on trial is put to a vote with all PATeam, Support Team and MultiHunter Team members able to vote on whether or not the person should be allowed to join the Support Team.

If accept they are given access to the private support channel where they can discuss issues with all the above mentioned teams and get information/news first hand so they are ready for any questions that do appear.

Currently the team operates a Senior Member system whereby three members of the team are chosen for their length of service, good knowledge and standing within the community to help other Support Team members out and to be a good role model for those on trial.
