apperently since pax eta time within alliances changed maybe it should be noted down then aswell in the cluster alliance part in the defense chapter that since pax the eta doesnt stack. i'm not aware of how it functions now

For some reason I have a recollection of a Cluster Alliance Guide? Or, have I mixed my shallow memories with some crud HC guide posted on Strategic Discussion (PA Boards)? I'll add a preliminary ToC later in hopes of getting someone interested in this. 80.221.26.80 22:34, 13 Apr 2005 (BST)
