Talk:Intel Officer

I disagree with a decent portion of this text. There are references to specific actions that are presented as an intel officer's job, but much of this is just opinion text on how an intel officer should do their job. There's no objectivity; there are no reasons why there shouldn't be an intel officer in an alliance.
