Battle calculation

Battle Calculation is normally done after the necessary [scans] are done. In the early rounds of planetarion exact ship statistics were known so it was rather easy to develop a calculator. Every mayor alliance had these developed. After [Round 9] ship stats were not released anymore because of this later calculators were less precise. Though after calculating it makes for the potentional [attacker] or [defender] possible to know which fleet combination is most effective.
