Deus Ex Machina was conceived by Lokken, AlbinoSqrl and Mista following the extremely one-sided nature of Round 5. The idea was to make sure no alliance was allowed to exert complete domination on the game. Surprisingly successful, Deus cooperated with almost every top10 alliance at some point during the round, switching sides to support the underdog against the top alliance until the High Command eventually succumbed to exhaustion during the last 2-3 weeks.
