Foxman

Started his PA-career in r3 as a nub, moved through a couple of allies, Legion, Xanadu, LDK, FAnG/Fury/Angels, 1up, ND, CT, Jenova/Orbit, VS, NoX, Audentes, Omen and WAFHH. Usually an inactive know-it-all, but once in a while he actually does some useful. He's been through most parts of the command in different allies, DC, BC, Intel, MO, HC. He was also one of the founders of VS, NoX and WaFhh.

One of PA's most hated persons, even by those who work with him :D
