Battle calculation

Battle Calculation is normally done after the necessary scans are done. In the early rounds of planetarion exact ship statistics were known so it was rather easy to develop a calculator. Every mayor alliance had these developed. After [Round 9] ship stats were not released anymore because of this later calculators were less precise. Though after calculating it makes for the potentional attacker or defender possible to know which fleet combination is most effective.
