Description

One of the many very capable Tech Officers of Elysium who had a hand in producing Pilkara. Infamous in Elysium for his elite idling, he moved on to be one of the most active Military Officers in 1up. Also known as FatRat / TheRodent, he likes to think hes important. He is also infamous for being very fat yet showing his pictures with pride to everyone all the time.
