Round 38 Signups Now Open!

We will be having a Creators Hour in #planetarion on irc.netgamers.org at 19:00 GMT on Thursday, 5th of August. This will cover Round 38 changes and the Jagex takeover, and will have at least one member of the Jagex team attenting.
Round 38 ticks will start at 20:00 GMT on Friday, 6th August.
